A:  The Hephzibah EMS is technology platform (Web and mobile Applications) designed to provide real-time monitoring and reporting of election-related activities. It is a tool that allows users to report on voter registration, polling station activities, voting results, and any irregularities or anomalies that may occur during an election. It can complement INEC’s Electoral processes so that various stake holders can have their own independent access to information from the polling units.

A:  The Party Agents/Collation Agents use the Mobile App to capture the activities and data at the polling units on the election day in a user-friendly and systematic manner and then transmits such to a secured cloud server. The server is securely accessed using a Web-based Application through Internet browser to view the structurally organized Reports, Results and Dashboards from any location in the world.

A: The System benefits the Electoral Process Stakeholders in the following ways:
1. The system helps the candidate setup his or her own situation room that can run parallel to INEC’s situation room
2. The Candidate can have independent and real-time access to incidences/data reported from the polling units.
3. The Candidate can protect his or her votes without resort to any form of violence
4. It affords the Candidate the opportunity to collate useful evidence/data admissible in court.
5. Possible reports that can be derived from the system are useful for future planning
6. Reports can be generated from system to determine how free, fair and credible the election process has been
7. The system can be setup anywhere.
8. The system is low cost and it does not require expensive infrastructure or large office space to setup.

The following are the minimum recommended requirements for each Situation Room:
1. Corei5 with 8GB RAM
2. Computer Monitor or a Smart TV of about 65”
3. Good Internet Access – Minimum 4G
4. Hephzibah EMS Server Interface

For the Polling Unit/Collation Agents
1. One Smart Phone per Agent
2. Internet Data on the Smart Phone
3. Hephzibah EMS Mobile App

A:  Depends on the number of polling unit to be monitored. We shall help you upload the users when given to us on a spreadsheet.

A:  Your ward is the first six digits of your Polling Unit Code. Example: If your Polling Unit Code is 37-01-01-001, your state code is 37. Your LGA Code is 37-01. Your Ward Code is 37-01-01 and Your Polling Unit Code is 37-01-01-001. Once you enter your ward or polling unit code, the name will resolve

A.  Hephzibah EMS reporting system is designed to work with or without internet services. Once you have logged into the server from a location that has Internet network, you can capture report from a polling unit with no network. The system will store your data locally on your device until an internet connection is available. Once you have a connection, the system will automatically upload your data to the server. And if it does not you can forcefully achieve the upload by clicking the SYNC link.

A:  The files uploaded and captured by the Hephzibah EMS are admissible in court.

A:  The Hephzibah EMS cannot completely prevent election fraud, it helps to detect and deter fraudulent activities by providing greater transparency and oversight of the election process.
